Effective Date: May 26, 2026
SPIKE Options LLC offers a limited-time 30-day trial period to qualified new users across our primary algorithmic infrastructure tiers: JOLT ($500/mo), SURGE ($999/mo), and MAX ($2,499/mo). By activating a trial, you explicitly agree to the following parameters.
Promotion eligibility is determined exclusively at the point of registration and is strictly limited to one (1) trial per person, entity, or associated brokerage account. Users registering for a 30-day free trial must supply a valid credit card or approved payment method to authenticate identity and authorize platform access.
To verify the payment method, SPIKE may process a temporary, nominal pre-authorization hold (e.g., $1.00), which is typically released within a few business days. No subscription charges will be applied to your payment method during the explicit 30-day trial period.
During the 30-day trial, your configuration receives algorithmic deployment privileges and Oculus Token limits matching your selected structural tier:
Tokens provisioned during a trial period possess no cash value and do not roll over into your first paid billing cycle.
Your 30-day trial is strictly bound by time. Upon the exact conclusion of the 30th calendar day (calculated down to the timestamp of your initial activation), your access tier will automatically and irrevocably convert into a paid monthly subscription.
The designated monthly plan cost ($500 for JOLT, $999 for SURGE, or $2,499 for MAX) will be immediately charged to your stored payment method. To avoid this charge, a cancellation command must be executed by you directly through your SPIKE platform billing dashboard before the 30-day trial window terminates. Emailed cancellation requests are not considered valid or timely execution of cancellation.
Due to the immediate cloud resource allocation, API routing initialization, and proprietary AI token provisioning required to operate the SPIKE execution layer, we enforce a strict financial protocol regarding subscriptions and infrastructure purchases.
All monthly access allocations, subscription tiers, and flat-rate execution seats are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. Once a 30-day trial has automatically converted into a paid subscription, or a standard billing cycle has initiated and charged your payment method, the transaction is absolute and strictly non-refundable.
There are zero exceptions to this policy. We do not provide prorated refunds, partial credits, or retroactive refunds for "unused" days, forgotten trial cancellations, or dormant algorithms. After the initial 30 days, there is no possibility for a refund under any circumstance.
Fees paid for custom on-demand Oculus Token Top-Ups, the Financial Advisor (FA) Infrastructure Pack ($200/session), White Glove Support ($500/mo), or Extra Brokerage Connection pipelines ($1,000/mo per connection) are immediately spent by our automated infrastructure to provision dedicated cloud servers and secure personnel time.
Consequently, these purchases are considered final at the exact moment of transaction and are entirely ineligible for refunds, reversals, or credit adjustments.
If you believe a legitimate processing discrepancy or mathematical error has occurred on your billing statement, you must file a formal complaint with our team within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. All billing inquiries must be submitted through our official general ticket support channel inside the platform dashboard.
You agree to work collaboratively with our support team to resolve billing queries prior to pursuing any third-party payment provider chargeback actions. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card provider will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your SPIKE account.
Upon a chargeback initiation, SPIKE will immediately sever all API connections to your integrated brokerages, halt all active algorithmic loops, and permanently ban your identity and payment methods from utilizing the Oculus and SPIKE ecosystems in the future.
